That's the conclusion I draw from the below Guardian article.
Professionals in law enforcement know what to do: follow the money.
But the US officials have made a deliberate choice not to do so.
Why? It would cut into profits for USA banks such as "Wachovia".
Mexican drug barons launder enormous sums of money in US banks.
To put the point a bit differently:
USA banks and US officials are, in part, responsible for the murders and suffering in Juarez.
You can't blame it all on Mexicans....
