a fairy tale

A FAIRY TALE

Once upon a time, in a land far far away, and long long ago,

a man wanted to take care of his sick father. In order to do so he had to do business with a giant.
The giant was called Mr. Blue Wall. Mr. Blue Wall did not actually ever talk to the man, because Mr. Blue Wall had many slaves working for him.

Of course, the slaves were not like the slaves in history. Their slavery was not physically cruel,
not usually, anyway, but it was mentally or psychologically difficult because they were always reminded of their dependency upon the enormous Mr. Blue Wall.

One day the hero of our tale had to collect medicine for his elderly father. Mr. Blue Wall's representative said, "No, you can't have it." IT seems that Mr. Blue Wall strictly obeyed
a long list of Rules and Regulations.

Where the Rules and Regulations came from is very hard to know. Ordinary people are usually told (implicitly of course) that they can't understand and shouldn't ask.

But since our hero's father couldn't have his medicines, he had to urinate four times during the night. Being old and weak, he could not even arise from bed unaided. Hence the hero of our tale was called to the bedside of his father frequently throughout the night.

Sometimes in sadness and despair our hero curses Mr. Blue Wall. But he is also afraid. Mr. Blue Wall is powerful, and our hero is weak, a lone individual.

This is a sad story, but, gentle reader, the moral of the story is that you should thank God it is only a fairy tale!
