I've just re-read a few posts from the time I was living in Vienna (Austria).

I complained about noise chiefly.

Isn't it funny? Things are worse here, in El Paso, Texas. There were episodes

of noise in Vienna, and I did have a job with an exploitative employer--but

that jobs was better than no job at all. (And then I never thought about the possibility of having worse food....)

Of course, I never thought I would be moving to a worse place..... I couldn't have imagined how bad, how ugly, how unpleasant life in El Paso, Texas, USA really is.....EPTX the desert outpost of a cruel empire.
