Depressing, primitive, unpleasant el paso, texas.....

This place is so depressing. I am sure the hours spent sittng in a car are harmful. So, this evening, after the sun had set -- when it was still unpleasantly warm---- I went for a walk. Nothing pleasant about it. The streets were dark. Such street lamps as there were were so dim that they seemed well on their way to burning out. Annoying bright lights on numerous trucks. No other person on the street--- not one. Well, perhaps one boy leaving a local store......nothing nice about being outside. Dogs bark on every block. It seems they are commenting" who are you?". Or " How dare you walk down the street!?". It is truly annoying. You can hardly take a step without being threatened by these idiotic animals. How can people live like this? What part of their brain has been removed? Get me out of here!
